Gameday Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt Pops

I'm always looking for ways to make my favorite treats healthier, especially during this time of year when there's so much delicious food to eat! One of my fall indulgences is pumpkin pie, but even with pumpkin spice mania in full effect, I've been craving something with a frozen twist that was kind to the waistline. After a little brainstorming, I dreamed up Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt Pops. The ingredients are simple, healthy and low on calories, so this sweet treat is easy to make and totally guilt free for gameday or any day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin
  • 2 cups Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Dixie cups
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Graham crackers
  • Sandwich bag

Directions:

1. Mix pumpkin and Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt together in a large bowl until completely blended.

2. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.
You can add more or less depending on how much flavor you want.

3. Spoon the mixture into the Dixie cups, filling each about 2/3 of the way full.

4. Put 2 graham crackers inside a sandwich bag and close it. Smash the graham crackers on the counter until they're all broken up into very small pieces.

5. Open the bag and spoon graham crackers on top of the mixture in each cup.
Feel free to add more graham crackers if you like.

6. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of each cup.

7. Put cups in freezer and let sit overnight.

8. When ready to eat, cut and peel Dixie cup off the pop.
